This course is run over four weeks, three hours each week,  with groups of 8 maximum. 

It starts by understanding sleep, covers topics such as preparing the bedroom for sleep and ends at the recognition that what happens during the day and how we address that can affect sleep.

It offers skills and emotional awareness and is a good stand alone course or a precursor for our patient to person workshop.
